Starting from September 1, 2022, HOYOYO will only charge the international logistics freight from Japan to Hong Kong, and the freight does not include the freight of Hong Kong SF Express.

Japan Economy Air Freight + Hong Kong SF Express Freight Collect Local Shipping Process:

1. Customers choose "Air + SF Freight Collect" on the HOYOYO website
(hoyoyo only charges shipping from Japan to Hong Kong)

2. After the package arrives in Hong Kong, HOYOYO will deliver the package to the guest's Hong Kong address by SF Express (guests need to pay the local SF freight in Hong Kong)

Shipping Fees and Payments: All Hong Kong local shipping orders are collect on delivery.

Shipping Service Provider: Hong Kong local orders will be shipped by SF Express.

Shipping Arrangement: All items will be dispatched within 5 working days after arriving in Hong Kong.

Shipping Time: Usually local shipping takes about 2-4 business days (depending on the shipping carrier).


Package Tracking:

The online tracking number will be uploaded on the order history page in the website account to track the shipment status of the package after it has been posted.


During the delivery of the package, if the recipient fails to collect the package within the delivery period, SF Express may return it to us, and the customer of the package sent for the second time needs to pay the shipping fee again.
